This position requires understanding of concepts, methods and procedures to enable sourcing execution. Expected to embrace overall sourcing vision in order to develop effective analytics aimed to drive strategic initiatives execution, standardize process across regions and commodities, leverage resources among business segments.
Own sourcing specific ERPs, processes and tools.
Review and improve processes.
Work on special initiatives.
Assess supplier capabilities and make recommendations on supplier acceptability.
Understand strategies for assigned commodities & proactively drive initiatives to meet Sourcing objectives under supervision.
Analyze and track Supplier promise date accuracy and develop reports to ensure Supplier promise date accuracy .
Support commodity buys.
Work within a team setting and / or under guidance.
Alternatively: executing routine but complex analysis. Signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements. Contributes to project as a team member.
You have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (Engineering or Economic bachelor degree as preferred);
You are able to work 40 hours a week;
You can navigate your way through Microsoft Office applications;
You have a fluent English knowledge both written and spoken (second foreign language is advantage)
